Mr. Abdujilil Emet 1966 – was born in Uchturpan County East Turkistan,19 73 – 1989  -He attended Primary  and secondary schools and studied Refugees at Uchturpan, Kelpin, Qarghiliq County’s.from 1990 – 1993 as a Imam at various Mosques.1993 – 1995  – Unjustly persecution in Chinese prisons for years.  He emigrated to Central Asia in the late1995s because of his inability to live in his homeland.  Arrived in Germany in 1997.Since  1997, the “Europe East Turkestan unit”,the “World Uyghur old Congress” and the”World Uyghur Congress” and other organisations he work as  director of the Religious Affairs,  the audit, the President, Vice President and other tasks..  At the 6th Election , he elected Chairman of the WUC fund committee.
