The World Uyghur Congress has released its newsletter covering the month of March concerning our activities as well as the most prevalent issues concerning the Uyghur community in East Turkestan and elsewhere.
The newsletter looks at a number of developing stories coming out of the region and updates on the activities of the World Uyghur Congress, including the Uyghur March for Freedom that took place in Brussels on April 27th, WUC President Dolkun Isa finally admitted to the UN Indigenous Forum after Chinese Attempts to Prevent Him, Abdulqadir Jalaleddin, Notable Uyghur Scholar and Writer, Detained by Chinese Police, US Officials Call for an Investigation Into ‘Re-education’ Camps and Possible Sanctions and more.
